Effective Date of this Contract definition

Effective Date of this Contract means the date specified in this Contract on which the Contract becomes effective, but if no such date is specified, the date on which the last of the parties signs this Contract.

Effective Date of this Contract means the date of issue of Letter of Intent/ Supply Order/Work Order unless otherwise specified.
