Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorney’s Fees and Costs Award of no more than thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount (i.e., One Hundred, Sixty Three Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($163,500)), plus up to an additional One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) for actual litigation costs.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of no more than Thirty- Eight Thousand, Two Dollars and Fifty-Two Cents ($38,002.52).
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. 37. PCNA agrees to pay the reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs of Class Counsel separate from and in addition to any payments to the Settlement Class Members in an amount not to exceed $2,050,000 as set forth in Paragraphs 37- 41. Plaintiffs, through Class Counsel, shall petition the Court for such attorneys’ fees and litigation costs at least twenty-one (21) days before the Court’s deadline for objections to the Proposed Settlement.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. Class Counsel will request a payment of $100,000 for the attorneys’ fees and litigation costs they have incurred and will incur through final judgment in representing Plaintiff and the Class. Class Counsel’s motion for attorneys’ fees and costs and service award for the Class Representative will be available on [DATE] at [WEBSITE URL].
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. Pacific Bells will also pay $375,000 to Plaintiff’s attorneys for the attorneys’ fees and litigation costs they have incurred during the past two and a half years and will incur through final judgment in representing the Plaintiff and Settlement Class.

As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award from the Class Fund of no more than Twenty-Five Percent of the Class Fund. An IRS Form 1099 shall be issued to the taxing authorities and to Class Counsel with respect to the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. Up to 1/3rd of the total amount to Settlement Class Counsel, or $26,250, for their attorneys’ fees and up to $500 to reimburse the attorneys for the litigation costs they have incurred and will incur in representing Plaintiffs and the Settlement Class. • Settlement Administrator Costs Award: Up to $3,500 to the Settlement Administrator to mail and process responses to these notices, calculate and mail award checks and tax forms, and calculate and pay taxes on the wage portions of the award amounts payable to Settlement Class Members.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. As part of seeking the District Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the District Court for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of no more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to be paid separately from the Class Fund. Class Counsel will submit their motion for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award no later than 14 days before the Notice Deadline. If the District Court awards less than the amount requested, the Class Fund shall not be CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE - 7 increased. The approval by the District Court of any such lesser sum of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award shall not be grounds for Plaintiff or Class Counsel to invalidate or terminate the Settlement. Defendant will issue an IRS Form 1099 to Class Counsel for the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. Settlement Class Counsel will apply to the Court for an aggregate Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of up to three-hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to be paid by SRC. SRC will not oppose a properly supported application(s) for an aggregate Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of up to three-hundred twenty-five thousand dollars. Any Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award to be paid pursuant to this Paragraph VI.A will be paid by SRC within twenty-one (21) Days after the Effective Date by wire transfer to an account designated by Settlement Class Counsel.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award. Class Counsel reserves the right to seek an Attorney’s Fees and Costs Award by proper submission to the Superior Court. NNA will not oppose an application through which Class Counsel seeks no more than thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount (i.e., Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($97,500)). Class Counsel may also seek reasonable litigation costs and expenses associated with the Case.
