Attorney's Fee. If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default or misrepresentation in connection with or related to this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs in connection with that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

Attorney's Fee. We may impose the following fees and charges on your Account. If you default on any part of this Agreement, you agree to pay us all costs to collect your Account, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees whether or not there is a lawsuit, and fees on any appeal and fees for bankruptcy proceedings, appeals and any post-judgment collection services, if applicable.

Lessor shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred in preparation and service of notices of Default and consultations in connection therewith, whether or not a legal action is subsequently commenced in connection with such Default or resulting Breach. Broker(s) shall be intended third party beneficiaries of this Paragraph 31.
