Attorney's Fee. If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default or misrepresentation in connection with or related to this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs in connection with that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
Attorney's Fee. We may impose the following fees and charges on your Account. If you default on any part of this Agreement, you agree to pay us all costs to collect your Account, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees whether or not there is a lawsuit, and fees on any appeal and fees for bankruptcy proceedings, appeals and any post-judgment collection services, if applicable.
Attorney's Fee. In the event of any dispute concerning this lease, the prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to recover in addition to any other relief, such party's attorney's fees and costs incurred.
Attorney's Fee. In any suit to interpret or enforce the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover court costs and attorneys' fees, in addition to any other remedy or recovery to which such party may be entitled.

If any Party or Broker brings an action or proceeding to enforce the terms hereof or declare rights hereunder, the Prevailing Party (as hereafter defined) in any such proceeding, action, or appeal thereon, shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees. Such fees may be awarded in the same suit or recovered in a separate suit, whether or not such action or proceeding is pursued to decision or judgment. The term “Prevailing Party” shall include, without limitation, a Party or Broker who substantially obtains or defeats the relief sought, as the case may be, whether by compromise, settlement, judgment, or the abandonment by the other Party or Broker of its claim or defense. The attorneys’ fee award shall not be computed in accordance with any court fee schedule, but shall be such as to fully reimburse all attorneys’ fees reasonably incurred. Lessor shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses incurred in preparation and service of notices of Default and consultations in connection therewith, whether or not a legal action is subsequently commenced in connection with such Default or resulting Breach. Broker(s) shall be intended third party beneficiaries of this Paragraph 31.
Attorney's Fee. Reasonable attorneys’ fees shall be awarded to the prevailing party of each Third Party Beneficiary claim.

If it shall become necessary for Owner or Tenant to employ an attorney to assert any right or enforce any obligation under this lease, after default, such party, if he prevails, shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other costs and expenses, the reasonable costs and charges of such attorney.

If either party brings an action to enforce the terms hereof or declare rights under this Lease, the prevailing party in the final adjudication of any such action, on trial or appeal, shall be entitled to its costs and expenses of suit, including, without limitation, its actual attorneys' fees, to be paid by the losing party as fixed by the court. In any situation in which a dispute is settled other than by action or proceeding, Tenant shall pay all Landlord's costs and attorneys' fees relating thereto.
Attorney's Fee. In the event any Party files an action to enforce the terms and conditions of this Joint Venture Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to the recovery of its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, including the costs and fees of any appeal.
Attorney's Fee. In the event that any action is brought to enforce any provision of this Agreement or to obtain money damages for the breach of this Agreement, all costs including Attorney’s fees shall be paid by the non-prevailing party.
