Assume Custody of Offenders and Provide Transportation. Contractor shall assume custody of Offenders from authorized agents of the facility and provide transportation of said Offenders from and to locations designated by Department. In assuming custody of Offenders, Contractor shall perform and maintain security and control procedures in accordance with all federal, state, and department requirements. In the event that there are no written policies or procedures, Contractor shall follow reasonable, customary operating procedures, and shall mutually agree upon a standard schedule of acceptable days/times for pick-up/drop-off of Offenders at designated locations. Upon arrival at the Offenders’ destination, Contractor shall surrender custody of said Offenders to the Department, Contracted Facility or to the appropriate law enforcement agency, as designated by the Department.

Assume Custody of Offenders and Provide Transportation. Contractor will assume custody of offenders from authorized agents of the State and provide transportation of said offenders from and to locations designated by State. All transports will shall begin with the logging of the vehicle’s mileage starting from MDOC facility, the mileage shall also be recorded at all stops and at the finale destination for each offender. In assuming custody of offenders, Contractor will perform and maintain security and control procedures in accordance with all federal, state, and department requirements. In the event that there are no written policies or procedures, Contractor will follow reasonable, customary operating procedures, and shall mutually agree upon a schedule of days/times for pick-up/drop-off of offenders at designated locations. Upon arrival at the offenders’ finale destination, Contractor will surrender custody of said offenders to the MDOC. In event that the offender is hospitalized Contractor will report this to the MSP Command Post and will remain in presence of offender, maintaining direct supervision until relieved by MDOC officer(s).

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • DELIVERY TERMS AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES Deliverables shall be shipped F.O.B. point of delivery unless otherwise specified in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the Offer, the Contractor’s price shall be deemed to include all delivery and transportation charges.   • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.
