Common use of Association Membership and Service Clause in Contracts

Association Membership and Service. 3.3.1 Every Member shall have the right to join the Association and as a member of the Association to participate in its activities. The University shall not interfere with members of the Association attending Association meetings or attending to Association business providing such participation or attendance does not interfere with the performance of the Member's teaching duties under this Agreement.
