APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Promoter has assured the Allottees that the project in its entirety is in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972. The Promoter showing compliance of various laws/regulations as applicable in the State of West Bengal.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Promoter has assured the Allottees that the Said Phase in its entirety is in accordance with the applicable laws of West Bengal and the Promoters are executing the Said Phase in compliance with the laws and/or regulations as applicable in this State.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. 22.1 The Promoter has assured the Allottees that the project in its entirety is in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Vendors have assured the Allottees that the project in its entirety is planned in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Owner has assured the Allottee that the Project in its entirety will be in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 to the extent not contrary and/or inconsistent to/with the Act and/or the Rules and/or any other Applicable Laws (including those, if any, in supercession of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972). The Owner will show material compliance of various laws/regulations as applicable in West Bengal.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Vendor/Developer has assured the Purchasers that the project in its entirety is in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership] Act.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Promoter has assured the Allottee that the Project in its entirety shall be developed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The Promoter shall comply with relevant laws and regulations as applicable in West Bengal.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The Promoter has assured the Allottee/Allottee(s) that the project in its entirety is in accordance with the provisions of the M.P. Prakost Swamitv Adhiniyam, 2000. The Promoter showing compliance of various laws/regulations as applicable in M.P.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. 21.1 The Developer has assured the Allottees that the project in itsentirely is in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act 1972. An Apartment Owners Apex Association (Holding Organisation)will be formed Upon completion of construction of the entire Project as the Developer may deem fit and proper, the Developer shall call upon the Allottees to hold a General Meeting wherein the Allottees present at the meeting shall approve and adopt the bye-laws for formation of the Apex Association and the Holding Organisation, as prepared and provided by the Developer at such General Meeting, which shall be final and binding on all the Apartment Owners . When such Association will be formed, each Allottee shall automatically become a member. Until such Association is formed the Developer shall be entitled to cause an Ad-hoc committee of the Apartment Owners to be formed and the initial members of the said Ad-hoc Committee shall be such of the Apartment Owners who may be nominated and/or selected by the Developer. The Allottee grants all powers to the Builder and/or to its nominee for all matters related to and/or connected with the formation of the Apartment Owners Association. The Allottee undertakes to join the Association and to pay any fees, charges thereof and complete such documentation and formalities as may be deemed necessary by the Developer for this purpose. The detailed constitution and rules of the Association and/or the Committees as the case may be, shall be such as be decided by majority of its members subject however to the terms herein contained. If the Allottee sells and/or disposes of his Apartment, he will have to notify to the Developer/Association the name of the transferee and his address. Similarly the Transferee on his part shall after fulfilling the formalities as provided in the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act notify the Developer/Association about his ownership or interest as the case may beof the Apartment in question.
APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT. The CGEWHO has assured the Allottee that the Residential Project in its entirety is in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972, the CGEWHO showing compliance of various laws/ regulations as applicable in the said Act.
