ASPHALT CREWS OVERTIME. All hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours per day, Monday through Friday, shall be overtime paid at the rate of time and one (1½) half. All hours worked on a Saturday and Sunday shall be overtime paid at the rate of time and one (1½) half. On a shift of ten days on and four days off, all hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours per day shall be overtime, paid at the rate of time and one (1½) half. On the eleventh day, the first four hours shall be paid at regular time and all hours worked after the first four hours shall be paid at the rate of time and one (1½) half. The twelve, thirteenth and fourteenth days shall be paid at the rate of time and one (1½) half.

  • Planned Overtime In making planned overtime assignments the Employer shall first assign overtime on an equal opportunity basis according to each section’s procedure (Schedule E), as agreed to by the parties. Such overtime shall be assigned to employees who are actively on the payroll and who have indicated their willingness to accept overtime assignments according to section procedures and who are:

  • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.

  • Annual Leave Loading (a) In addition to their ordinary pay, an employee, other than a shiftworker, will be paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of their ordinary pay on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.

  • Banked Overtime In the event the day in lieu of working the statutory holiday is not provided as stipulated in 8.01.04, this portion may also be banked.

  • Leave Loading 10.2 The employer and the individual employee must have genuinely made the agreement without coercion or duress.

  • Weekly Overtime An Employee required to work in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for the first eight (8) hours of work in excess of the forty (40) hours and double time thereafter.

  • WORK WEEK AND OVERTIME Section 1. The normal work week will consist of forty (40) hours. Department management will establish the work week and hours of work best suited to meet the needs of the Department and provide superior service to the community. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee or limitation of the number of hours to be worked per week.

  • Daily Overtime All employees shall be paid the applicable overtime rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day.

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
