Approved UHD Content Protection System. All content delivered to, output from or stored on a device must be protected by a content protection system that includes digital rights management, encryption and digital output protection (such system, the “Approved UHD Content Protection System”). The Approved UHD Content Protection System shall be approved in writing by Licensor (including any significant upgrades or new versions). Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, as implemented on the Sony “Panther” Set Top Box, when in compliance with all requirements in this Schedule, is hereby approved in this regard. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of any other implementation of Xxxxxx Broadband in relation to: (i) any other device which may be added to or substituted for the definition ofApproved 4K Devicesubsequent to the date of execution of this Agreement, or (ii) any other content protection system which may be added to or substituted for the definition of “Approved UHD Content Protection System” subsequent to the date of execution of this Agreement, in each case pursuant to any future amendment or extension of this Agreement, shall require Licensor’s express written approval on a case-by-case basis. Licensor 4K Format content shall only be delivered to Set Top Boxes, Connected Televisions and other device types approved by Licensor in writing. All Set Top Boxes (STB) and Connected TVs and any associated Security Providers (e.g. the provider of a smartcard or embedded security module or security client or the provider of server-side aspects of the Approved Content Protection System) processing Licensor 4K Format content shall be approved in writing by Licensor. Inclusion of a particular STB or Connected TV model and Security Provider in a 4K Format agreement with Licensor signifies that Licensee has discussed this Schedule with said Manufacturers and Security Provider, has conducted relevant due diligence and commits that the Manufacturer and Security Provider have contractually committed to Licensee to meet the requirements in this schedule that are the responsibility of said Manufacturers and Security Provider.

Approved UHD Content Protection System. All content delivered to, output from or stored on a device must be protected by a content protection system that includes digital rights management, encryption and digital output protection (such system, the “Approved UHD Content Protection System”). The Approved UHD Content Protection System shall be approved in writing by Licensor (including any significant upgrades or new versions). Licensor 4K Format content shall only be delivered to Approved 4K Devices. Licensor has the right to withdraw approval for any 4K device at any time in its sole discretionApproved 4K Device pursuant to the terms hereof if such device fails in any manner to meet the 4K Content Protection Requirements. Immediately upon such withdrawal of approval, Licensee shall promptly revoke said device and not deliver further 4K Format content to said device. Approved 4K Devices and any associated security providers (e.g., the provider of a smartcard or embedded security module or security client) processing Licensor 4K Format content shall be approved in writing by Licensor, such approval to be based on compliance with the terms hereof. Licensee represents and warrants that (i) to Licensee’s knowledge, each Approved 4K Device and security provider meets the requirements in this schedule and (ii) Licensee has conducted sufficientreasonable due diligence, including discussing the relevant requirements with all manufacturers and security providers, to confirm to support the representation and warranty given in the foregoing subclause (i).

  • Management Information System The M&E Plan will describe the information system that will be used to collect data, store, process and deliver information to relevant stakeholders in such a way that the Program information collected and verified pursuant to the M&E Plan is at all times accessible and useful to those who wish to use it. The system development will take into consideration the requirement and data needs of the components of the Program, and will be aligned with existing MCC systems, other service providers, and ministries.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.
