Format Agreement an agreement which, subject to being varied by individual negotiation, defines ownership of the Format and entitlements to the proceeds of the exploitation of such Format. Examples of Format Agreement in a sentence

  • Once a Format Agreement is agreed, then in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Format Agreement the latter shall prevail.

  • The provision of Article 26 of the Standard Format Agreement shall be amended as follows: “This Agreement shall come into effect upon the signature and seal by the authorized representatives of the parties hereto”.
