Apprentice Retention. A. After an apprentice has started work on a Covered Project, the Prime Contractor or Subcontractor employing such apprentice shall provide feedback to the apprentice’s dispatch source as to the performance of the apprentice (both positive and negative feedback), such feedback shall include feedback from the apprentice’s direct supervisor indicating specific areas where the apprentice is excelling and needed areas for improvement.
