Appraisal of the Employees. The Operator shall evaluate all employees working at the Facility, including the Authority’s Employees and the Operator’s Employees (collectively the Employees), on an annual basis in accordance with the timelines agreed upon between the Parties. The evaluation and appraisal of the Employees shall be based on the Employment Criteria; provided however the Authority shall have the absolute discretion with respect to promotion, remuneration and other benefits of the Authority’s Employees. The Operator shall provide the report containing the evaluation of all Employees, carried out at the end of each year, to the Authority within 30 (Thirty) days of the end of each such year.

Appraisal of the Employees. The Concessionaire shall evaluate all employees working at the Institute, including the Secondary Implementing Agency employees and the Concessionaire’s Employees (collectively the Employees), on an annual basis in accordance with the timelines agreed upon between the Parties.
