Appendices and Riders. The following exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this Sublease: Accordingly, Sub-Tenant's rights and remedies with respect to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement shall be governed by legal principles other than the DTPA. The foregoing waiver by the Sub-Tenant shall also be binding on any permitted assignee, sub-tenant or successor of Sub-Tenant under this Agreement. The provisions of this section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
