Apartment Access. Village Ridge staff may enter the resident(s) apartment at reasonable times and for reasonable purposes, including inspection, maintenance and other services as described in this agreement or as outlined in the resident’s services plan. Every effort will be made to notify a Resident that a community employee will enter or has entered their apartment for non-routine events. Unless given permission by the resident, in writing, facility staff will not allow others access to the resident’s apartment in their absence. In case of sudden hospitalization or other infirmity, only individuals listed as emergency contacts will be given access to the resident’s apartment.

Apartment Access. You agree to give Xxxx House access to your apartment in order to carry out the intent of this Agreement. Such entry includes, but is not limited to, performance of services provided in your Lease Agreement; response to emergency situations; maintenance issues and entry by authorized personnel with the reasonable belief that your safety or safety of others is in question or that Rose House's policies and procedures are being violated.
Apartment Access. Village Ridge staff shall have the right, subject to Tenant’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, to enter the apartment in order to inspect the premises, make necessary or agreed upon repairs, decoration, alterations, or improvements, supply necessary or agreed services or exhibit the Apartment to prospective or actual purchasers, Tenants, workmen or contractors, provided, however, that except in case of emergency, where it is impracticable do so, or where pursuant to this Agreement the Tenant has requested and consented to the provision of ongoing services to be provided in the Tenant’s Apartment, Village Ridge staff shall give the Tenant at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of the intent to enter. Unless given permission by the Tenant, in writing, facility staff will not allow others access to the Tenant’s apartment in their absence. In case of sudden hospitalization or other infirmity, only individuals listed as emergency contacts will be given access to the Tenant’s apartment.

  • PROJECT ACCESS The Grantee shall ensure that the State, the Governor of the State, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have safe and suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during Project construction and thereafter for the term of this Agreement.

In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
