Maintenance and Other Services. 4.1 The minimum period for the provision of support and maintenance services under this Agreement is one year. No items will be left on the ground. • All units are to be cleaned and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer on each service date. • All units are to be cleaned by 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled service date unless otherwise noted in Exhibit 1. • The vendor must remove portables in a timely fashion at the end of the contracted period. • Emergency services are to be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Vendors must supply telephone/cell numbers for emergency contact. Vendors must respond and be onsite within 60 minutes of an emergency call. A Per Diem Charge for emergency units must be stated in the contract.
