Computer Access. Where possible, providing no additional costs are incurred by the Employer, one (1) authorized representative of each Union shall be entitled to submit for posting on the Employer's electronic communication system one electronic Union notice per month for members of the bargaining unit. The Employer shall determine the method of distribution. The Employer shall review all proposed notices and retain a discretion not to post any notice that it deems unlawful or contrary to the Employer’s interests, which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised. The Union agrees to indemnify the Employer for any liability arising out of offensive or otherwise unlawful notices posted by the Union. Nothing in this Article requires a change to distribution practices that existed prior to April 1, 2015.

Computer Access. If either Party, its Affiliates or its Personnel are given access, whether on-site or through remote facilities, to any communications, computer, or electronic data storage systems of the other Party, its Affiliates or its Personnel (each an “Electronic Resource”), in connection with this Agreement, then the Party on behalf of whom such access is given will ensure that its Personnel’s use of such access shall be solely limited to performance or exercise of, such Party’s duties and rights under this Agreement, and that such Personnel will not attempt to access any Electronic Resource other than those specifically required for the performance of such duties and/or exercise of such rights. The Party given access will limit such access to those of its and its Affiliates’ Personnel who need to have such access in connection with this Agreement, will advise the other Party in writing of the name of each of such Personnel who will be granted such access, and will strictly follow all security rules and procedures for use of such Electronic Resources. All user identification numbers and passwords disclosed to a Party’s Personnel and any information obtained by such Party’s Personnel as a result of its access to, and use of the other Party’s, its Affiliates’ or its Personnel’s Electronic Resources will be deemed to be, and will be treated as, Confidential Information of the Party on behalf of whom such access is granted. Each Party will reasonably cooperate with the other Party in the investigation of any apparent unauthorized access by the other Party, its Affiliates, or its Personnel to any Electronic Resources or unauthorized release of Confidential Information. Each Party will promptly notify the other Party of any actual or suspected unauthorized access or disclosure of any Electronic Resource of the other Party, its Affiliates, or its Personnel.
Computer Access. The Contractor's key personnel may be authorised to gain access to certain computer systems and, within those systems, certain programs and data. Attempts must not be made, alone or in concert with others, to gain access to data or programs to which authorisation has not been given. Prison Service security instructions must be followed in respect of the proper use and protection of any password used in connection with such computer systems. Personnel must not load any program into any computer via disk, typing, electronic data transfer or any other means. Prison Service security instructions must be observed if there is a need to use or insert into any computer any floppy disk, CD ROM disk, removable hard drive or any other device for the storage and transfer of data or programs. Modem links must not be used to access any other computer or bulletin board or information service except with specific prior authority from the Authority's representative. Any downloading of files or connection of any piece of computer equipment to any network or other item of computer equipment must also have prior authority. The Contractor will be held responsible for any action taken against the Prison Service in respect of any breaches of copyright and, if there is any breach of this Condition the Contract will be subject to instant termination without compensation.

Computer Access. (a) The Board recognizes the value to the Employee of having ready access to computing facilities and shall maintain them. Charges may be levied for computer facilities and services used in contract work or consulting. The Board shall provide each Employee with a computer, mouse, keyboard, keyboard tray, and network access. If the computer is a laptop model, the necessary cords and cables shall be provided upon request. Access to computers and network accounts commences two weeks prior to the Employee’s contract start date and terminates two weeks subsequent to the contact end date of the Employee’s contract.

Computer Access. The College will provide a new computer and printer for use in the Oberlin College space utilized as the UAW union office. This computer will allow for email and calendar access for College-related business for the UAW Bargaining Committee.
