Annual Evaluations of Tenured Teachers. The work performance of tenured teachers shall be annually evaluated in writing using the appropriate evaluation tool described in Appendix IV. Tenured teachers shall receive a full performance evaluation every third year. During the tenured teacher’s interim year, he/she shall have an abbreviated performance evaluation using two areas of focus – Professional and Student Growth. Student growth shall constitute the greater of ten (10%) percent of the teacher’s total rating performance or the minimum percent required by state law. The teacher and the principal shall work jointly in developing the teacher’s professional goals and student goals. Evaluations of tenured teachers shall be completed by May 15 of the evaluation year.

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health.
