ANNUAL CONTRACT FEE. (a) The Annual Contract Fee is thirty dollars ($30.00). The Annual Contract Fee shall be deducted from the value of each Participant's Individual Account on the last business day of each Participant's Contract Year. However, if the value of the Participant's Individual Account is distributed in full at any time before the last business day of the Participant's Contract Year, the Annual Contract Fee charge shall be deducted from the proceeds of such distribution.

ANNUAL CONTRACT FEE. The Annual Contract Fee, stated in the Data Section, is deducted from the Contract Value on the Date of Issue and on each Contract Anniversary on which the Contract Value is less than $50,000. RIDER CHARGES. Rider Charges for riders attached to this contract are stated in the Data Section, and are deducted as described in the riders. The Annual Contract Fee and Rider Charges shall be allocated among and deducted from all accounts on a pro rata basis. TAX CHARGE. We reserve the right to deduct any charge for taxes or amounts set aside as a reserve for taxes in determining the Net Investment Factor in the event that such a tax is levied on that Sub-Account in the future.
ANNUAL CONTRACT FEE a In consideration of the rights, privileges and interests granted by the PHTPB to the Operator in terms of this Contract, the Operator shall pay to the PHTPB an Annual Contract Fee, starting after the issuance of the Implementation Certificate. However the Annual Contract Fee shall be due from the Compliance Date. The Annual Contract Fee shall be increased @ 15% from the beginning of the 4th year and subsequently, the same increase shall be affected after every 3 (three) years, over the previous Annual Contract Fee.

  • Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. In the event of changes to the statutory value-added tax payable and/or if any additional taxes/levies have to be paid, the fee specified above may be recalculated accordingly.

Beginning on the Commencement Date, Tenant shall also pay to Landlord an annual parking charge that shall be part of the Base Rent and initially shall be equal to the product of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) multiplied by the number of parking spaces which are allocated for Tenant’s use under Section 2.2 of the REA (initially, 120 spaces), being initially Twelve Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($12,000.00) per year. In the event Tenant should demand the LTACH Exclusive Parking Rights, as provided for in the REA, then from and after the date that Tenant begins to have such exclusive parking, the amount of the parking charge that shall be part of the Base Rent shall be increased to One Hundred Twenty-Five Percent (125%) of the parking charge then in effect at the time that Tenant begins to have such exclusive parking, with the amount prorated for any partial calendar year. Both the minimum rent and the parking charge that comprise the Base Rent shall be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3.5 below.

  • Annual Fee As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall be entitled to receive an annual fee (the “Annual Fee”) with respect to each Annual Period prior to the termination of the Issuer, in an amount equal to $5,000.

  • Up-Front Fee The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent an up-front fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.

  • Annual Base Compensation The Company agrees to pay the Executive during the term of this Agreement a salary at the rate of $335,000 per annum, payable in cash not less frequently than monthly.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

Without limiting the foregoing, except as expressly set forth in this Lease, Tenant’s obligation so to pay Rent (as hereinafter defined) shall not be discharged or otherwise affected by any law or regulation now or hereafter applicable to the Premises, or any other restriction on Tenant’s use, or any casualty or taking, or any failure by Landlord to perform any covenant contained herein, or any other occurrence; and, except as expressly set forth in this Lease, Tenant waives all rights now or hereafter existing to terminate or cancel this Lease or quit or surrender the Premises or any part thereof, or to assert any defense in the nature of constructive eviction to any action seeking to recover Rent. The foregoing notwithstanding, if Landlord fails for any reason within Landlord’s control to provide any service to be supplied by Landlord under the Lease which is necessary for Tenant’s reasonable use of the Premises (such as HVAC, elevator service, electricity, water, or structural repairs), and Tenant is unable to use the Premises on account of such failure, Tenant shall be entitled to a proportional abatement of Annual Fixed Rent and Additional Charges for Operating Expenses and Taxes based on the portion of the Premises which cannot be used by Tenant. This abatement shall begin on the fourth (4th) consecutive Business Day from Tenant’s written notice to Landlord of the failure. The abatement shall end when the services are restored sufficiently to permit use of the Premises.
