Annual Actuarial Study. In accordance with NRS 353B.190, the Board is required to contract with a certified actuary to perform an annual actuarial study to determine the financial soundness of the Program. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx & Company has been retained by the Board to conduct the annual actuarial study. The completed annual actuarial study is included in the Annual Report, which can be found online at xxx.XXXxxxxxx.xxx.

Annual Actuarial Study. In accordance with TCA 9-9-101, the State shall retain a qualified actuary to conduct an annual actuarial study of the TennCare program. The CONTRACTOR shall provide any information requested and cooperate in any manner necessary as requested by TENNCARE in order to assist the State’s actuary with completion of the annual actuarial study.
Annual Actuarial Study. DHH may retain a qualified actuary to conduct an annual actuarial study of the Coordinated Care Program. The CCN shall provide in writing any information requested by DHH to assist the actuary in completion of the annual actuarial study. DHH will give the CCN reasonable time to respond to the request and full cooperation by the CCN shall not unreasonably be withheld. DHH will make the final determination as to what is considered reasonable.

  • Actuarial Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof by any Loan Party or any ERISA Affiliate, a copy of the annual actuarial valuation report for each Plan the funded current liability percentage (as defined in Section 302(d)(8) of ERISA) of which is less than 90% or the unfunded current liability of which exceeds $5,000,000.

The price change shall include the cost percent allowed for the Contractor's overhead and profit and, if eligible, Time Dependent Overhead Costs.

  • Annual Accounting The Custodian shall, at least annually, provide the Depositor or Beneficiary (in the case of death) with an accounting of such Depositor's account. Such accounting shall be deemed to be accepted by the Depositor or the Beneficiary, if the Depositor or Beneficiary does not object in writing within 60 days after the mailing of such accounting statement.

  • Plan Annual Reports Promptly and in any event within 30 days after the filing thereof with the Internal Revenue Service, copies of each Schedule B (Actuarial Information) to the annual report (Form 5500 Series) with respect to each Plan.
