Actuarial Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.26.
Actuarial Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4(h)(i).

More Definitions of Actuarial Reports

Actuarial Reports means any and all written reports, studies, analyses or reviews prepared by or behalf of any Tenant or any Guarantor or their respective insurance providers or carriers, whether quarterly or otherwise, concerning any Tenant's malpractice or professional liability insurance or such Tenant's reserves for expenses relating to malpractice or professional liability claims.
Actuarial Reports means, collectively, (i) the Voya Insurance and Annuity Company Supporting Actuarial Memorandum, dated December 31, 2016, (ii) the actuarial report titled “Actuarial Appraisal of the Closed Block Variable Annuity Business as of December 31, 2016,” dated March 22, 2017, and as supplemented by the “Actuarial Appraisal of the Closed Block Variable Annuity Business as of June 30, 2017,” dated October 6, 2017, and (iii) the actuarial report titled “Actuarial Appraisal of the Fixed Annuity Business as of June 30, 2017,” dated October 4, 2017, each as prepared by Milliman and including any other attachments, opinions, addenda, errata, supplements and modifications thereto.
Actuarial Reports means, collectively, (i) Milliman Actuarial Reports for the Life Business dated February 18, 2019, updated May 11, 2020, May 20, 2020, and addendum on November 10, 2020, (ii) Milliman Actuarial Reports for the Annuity Business dated January 29, 2020, and May 20, 2020 and (iii) Milliman Actuarial Report for the Annuity Business plus ALNY Life Business dated May 20, 2020.
Actuarial Reports means the third-party actuarial reviews provided by ▇.▇▇ & Partners Limited on (i) employees’ compensation / employers’ liability insurance business, (ii) accident & health insurance business made available as item 3.11 of the Data Room, (iii) the loss triangles 20211231 made available as item 18.86 of the Data Room, and (iv) the liability adequacy test made available as items 18.62 and 18.63 of the Data Room;
Actuarial Reports means: (a) the actuarial report prepared by Milliman, Inc. entitled “Actuarial Appraisal of the Inforce Business of Genworth Life and Annuity Insurance Company and Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2014” and dated March 23, 2015, together with all updates and errata with respect thereto prepared by Milliman prior to the date of this Agreement; (b) the actuarial report prepared by Milliman, Inc. entitled “Summary of Genworth 2015 ALR Reserve Testing Assumption Review” and dated May 25, 2016, together with all updates, projections and errata with respect thereto prepared by Milliman prior to the date of this Agreement; (c) the actuarial report prepared by PWC entitled “Peer Analysis of 2015 Long Term Care GAAP Margin and Cash Flow Testing Assumptions” and dated February 10, 2016, together with all updates and errata with respect thereto prepared by PWC prior to the date of this Agreement; and (d) the actuarial reports set forth in Section 10.1 of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Actuarial Reports means the Actuarial Valuation Report as at December 31, 2011 on the EECOL Electric Corp. Retirement Plan and the Actuarial Valuation Report as at December 31, 2011 on the EECOL Electric Corp. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan each prepared by Aon ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
