Annexation Fees. The OWNER and DEVELOPER agrees to pay an annexation fee to the VILLAGE of $1,000.00 per acre for any residential development, payable at the time of final plat or if no platting is necessary, prior to building permit.

Annexation Fees. The District has agreed to construct significant public transportation and utility infrastructure to provide urban services to serve the annexed area. Further, the District is utilizing public funding authorized by the voters to make these improvements. In recognition of the infrastructure and funding obligations and in accordance with the 2012-2013 Fee Resolution, the City agrees to not assess the annexation fee.
Annexation Fees. The City acknowledges and agrees that any Fee required because of Annexation shall follow the State laws on Fees and shall be limited to the cost of reviewing and acting upon the application.

Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.
