Fee resolution definition

Fee resolution means any resolution adopted by the city council implementing the provisions of this chapter, including, without limitation, setting the amounts of the various fees established and the adoption of provisions for credits, reimbursements, and deferrals relating to those fees.
Fee resolution means the resolution and fee schedule adopted by the City Council, as may be amended periodically, that approves the amount of the storm drainage impact fees assessed per land use. The Fee Resolution is attached as Exhibit A at the end of this chapter.
Fee resolution means the same as that term is defined in Section 4.8 (Fee Adjustments by City After Fee Study).
