Allowances – Industry Assistants. 34.5.1 A Staff Member who is employed as a Trades Technician (Assistant) will be paid an Engineering and Building Trades Assistant Allowance in accordance with Table 2 of Schedule 5, Allowances - Industry Trade Qualified Staff Members and Industry Assistants.

Allowances – Industry Assistants. A Staff Member who is employed as a Trades Technician (Assistant) will be paid an Engineering and Building Trades Assistant Allowance in accordance with Table 2 of Schedule 5, Allowances - Industry Trade Qualified Staff Members and Industry Assistants. A Staff Member who is appointed as a Horticulturalist, but has not obtained a trade qualification Certificate III (Horticulture) or its successor, will be paid an Industry Assistants Allowance as per Table 2 of Schedule 5, Allowances - Industry Trade Qualified Staff Members and Industry Assistants. A Staff Member who is designated a Janitor will be paid an Industry Assistants Allowance as per Table 2 of Schedule 5, Allowances - Industry Trade Qualified Staff Members and Industry Assistants. A Staff Member under clause 33.5.1 who: holds skills or qualifications, or both, beyond those recognised as payable under Trades Allowance 1 as prescribed in University guidelines; and is required by the University to utilise these skills or qualifications in the course of their employment; will receive payment in accordance with clause 33.8, Higher Duties Allowance for the period the Staff Member is required to utilise these skills or qualifications.
Allowances – Industry Assistants. 2. The University is committed to maintaining an in-house maintenance workforce at an equivalent capability to that as at the date of commencement of this Agreement until 30 June 2015 (the year preceding the nominal expiry date). The University will endeavour to maintain the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) ongoing Staff Members eligible for Industry Trade Allowances at the level applicable at the date of commencement of this Agreement until 30 June 2015.   • EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.

  • Client Assistance You acknowledge that the implementation of the Tyler Software is a cooperative process requiring the time and resources of your personnel. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to cooperate with and assist us as may be reasonably required to meet the agreed upon project deadlines and other milestones for implementation. This cooperation includes at least working with us to schedule the implementation-related services outlined in this Agreement. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.
