Allowance for Travel. (a) A person covered by this Collective Agreement and who is required by the Division to use a motor vehicle will be paid an allowance in accordance with the Division's scale of car allowance for employees. A teacher or a laboratory assistant who serves in two (2) different schools in one (1) day will be paid a trip allowance equal to the current Winnipeg Transit Adult bus fare.

Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph [4.]of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if—

  • When You Are Covered by More Than One Insurer A healthcare coverage plan is considered the primary plan and its benefits will be paid first if: • the plan does not use similar COB rules to determine coverage; or • the plan does not have a COB provision; or • The plan has similar the COB rules and is determined to be primary under the order of benefit determination rules described below. Benefits under another plan include all benefits that would be paid if claims had been initially submitted under that plan. The following factors are used to determine which plan is primary and which plan is secondary: • if you are the main subscriber or a dependent; • if you are married, which spouse was born earlier in the year; • the length of time each spouse has been covered under the plan; • if a parental custody or divorce decree applies; or • if Medicare is your other coverage then Medicare guidelines will apply. These factors make up the order of benefit determination rules, described in greater detail below:

As such, you acknowledge and agree that the Company, in its sole discretion, may amend and/or discontinue your participation in the Plan at any time and without any liability. The Award, the shares of Stock subject to the Award and the income and value of the same is an extraordinary item of compensation outside the scope of your employment contract, if any, and is not part of your regular or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end of service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits, or any similar payments, which are the exclusive obligations of WBA Mexico.

  • Limitation on Rights; No Right to Future Grants; Extraordinary Item of Compensation By accepting this Agreement and the grant of the Restricted Units contemplated hereunder, the Participant expressly acknowledges that (a) the Plan is discretionary in nature and may be suspended or terminated by the Corporation at any time; (b) the grant of Restricted Units is a one-time benefit that does not create any contractual or other right to receive future grants of restricted units, or benefits in lieu of restricted units; (c) all determinations with respect to future grants of restricted units, if any, including the grant date, the number of Shares granted and the restricted period, will be at the sole discretion of the Corporation; (d) the Participant’s participation in the Plan is voluntary; (e) the value of the Restricted Units is an extraordinary item of compensation that is outside the scope of the Participant’s employment contract, if any, and nothing can or must automatically be inferred from such employment contract or its consequences; (f) grants of restricted units are not part of normal or expected compensation for any purpose and are not to be used for calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end of service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments, and the Participant waives any claim on such basis; and (g) the future value of the underlying Shares is unknown and cannot be predicted with certainty. In addition, the Participant understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Participant will have no rights to compensation or damages related to restricted unit proceeds in consequence of the termination of the Participant’s employment for any reason whatsoever and whether or not in breach of contract.
