Agreement Voluntary. The parties acknowledge and declare that in executing this Agreement they are each relying wholly on their own judgment and knowledge and have not been influenced to any extent whatsoever by any representations or statements made by or on behalf of the other party regarding any matters dealt with herein or incidental thereto.
Agreement Voluntary. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he has carefully read this Supplement and understands that, except as expressly reserved herein, it is a release of all claims, known and unknown, past or present, including all claims under the ADEA. He further agrees that he has entered into this Supplement for the above stated consideration. He warrants that he is fully competent to execute this Supplement which he understands to be contractual. He further acknowledges that he executes this Supplement of his own free will, after having a reasonable period of time to review, study and deliberate regarding its meaning and effect, and after being advised to consult with an attorney, and without reliance on any representation of any kind or character not expressly set forth herein. Finally, he executes this Supplement fully knowing its effect and voluntarily for the consideration stated above.

FINALLY, CONSULTANT AGREES THAT CONSULTANT HAS BEEN PROVIDED AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK THE ADVICE OF AN ATTORNEY OF CONSULTANT’S CHOICE BEFORE SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT. Initial Consent to Section 11: “EH”

Wxxxx acknowledges and agrees that he has carefully read this Separation Agreement and understands that, except as excepted and expressly reserved in this Separation Agreement, it is a release of all claims, known and unknown, past or present. He warrants that he is fully competent to execute this Separation Agreement which he understands to be contractual. He further acknowledges that he executes this Separation Agreement voluntarily and of his own free will, after having a reasonable period of time to review, study and deliberate regarding its meaning and effect, and does so for the consideration provided herein and without reliance on any representation of any kind or character not expressly set forth herein.
Agreement Voluntary. This Agreement is voluntarily entered into by LANDOWNER in order to secure a Vested Right to develop the Property for the Project and to limit the CITY’s right to subject the Property and Development of the Project to ordinances, policies, rules, and regulations that may be enacted in the future which conflict, supplant, or are contrary to the express terms and conditions set out herein. This Agreement is voluntarily entered into by CITY in the exercise of its legislative discretion in order to assure the implementation of the General Plan, Community Plan, Specific Plan, Financing Plan and in consideration of the agreements and undertakings of LANDOWNER as specified in the Project Entitlements and Special Conditions. The Parties are entering into this Agreement voluntarily in consideration of the rights conferred and the obligations incurred as specified herein.
