Agreement Voluntary. Each of the parties acknowledges and declares that such party has obtained all such professional advice (including legal advice) as such party deems appropriate before executing this Agreement and that such party is relying wholly on its own judgment and knowledge and has not been influenced to any extent whatsoever by any representations or statements made by or on behalf of the other party regarding any matters dealt with herein or incidental thereto save as set out herein.
