Xxxxxxx Warrants definition

Xxxxxxx Warrants means the warrants issued by the Company to Xxxxxxx, and/or its employees and affiliates, pursuant to the transactions contemplated under the Purchase Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Warrants means the warrants to purchase a total of 1,853,172 Common Shares, in the form of Exhibit D hereto, to be issued by the Company to Xxxxxxx Securities, Inc. and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx at Closing.
