AGREEMENT OF LEASE. Landlord leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord for the Term, together with such rights of ingress and egress over and across the Property that are reasonably necessary for the use of the Premises,11 in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Lease.
AGREEMENT OF LEASE. The LESSOR hereby leases the Leased premises to the LESSEE, which hires the same from the LESSOR on the conditions set out in this Lease Agreement.

Notwithstanding any references in this Lease to the contrary, Landlord acknowledges that, as of the date of this Lease, there is no guarantor of this Lease.
AGREEMENT OF LEASE. For and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein, the Authority and the Tenant agree as follows:
