AGENCY OMBUDSMAN. In accordance with FAR 16.505 (a)(10) no protest under $10,000,000 is authorized in connection with the issuance or proposed issuance of an order under a Task-Order Contract or Delivery-Order Contract, except for a protest on the grounds that the Task Order increases the scope, period of performance, or maximum value of the Master Contract. GSA Personnel Only: Subject to GSAR 552.216-74, GSA designates an Ombudsman to this Master Contract. For the purposes of the Master Contract, the primary duties of the GSA Ombudsman, as it concerns GSA GWACS, is to review complaints from Contractors and ensure that they are afforded a fair opportunity for consideration in the award of Task Orders consistent with the procedures of the Master Contract. The Ombudsman is a senior GSA official who is independent of the GSA GWAC PCO, GSA GWAC ACO, or OCO. The Agency Ombudsman will coordinate with their respective OCO to provide timely response to fair opportunity complaints.

  • Agency of Human Services The Agency of Human Services is responsible for overseeing all contracts and grants entered by any of its departments, boards, offices and business units, however denominated. The Agency of Human Services, through the business office of the Office of the Secretary, and through its Field Services Directors, will share with any named AHS-associated party to this Agreement oversight, monitoring and enforcement responsibilities. Party agrees to cooperate with both the named AHS-associated party to this contract and with the Agency of Human Services itself with respect to the resolution of any issues relating to the performance and interpretation of this Agreement, payment matters and legal compliance.

  • Ombudsman A Vendor Ombudsman has been established within the Department of Financial Services. The duties of this office are found in section 215.422, F.S., which include disseminating information relative to prompt payment and assisting contractors in receiving their payments in a timely manner from a Customer.   • SPECIALIST SERVICES Medical care in specialties other than family practice, general practice, internal medicine [or pediatrics][or obstetrics/gynecology (for routine pre and post-natal care, birth and treatment of the diseases and hygiene of females)].

  • Agency Shop It is mutually agreed by the parties that this Unit is an agency shop Unit. It is the intent of the parties that the agency shop provisions in the Memorandum of Understanding comply with applicable state law (Government Code Section 3502.5).
