SCOPE REFERENCES AND RESOURCES Sample Clauses

The "Scope References and Resources" clause defines the specific documents, standards, and materials that are incorporated into and govern the agreement. It typically lists relevant guidelines, technical specifications, or external resources that the parties must adhere to during the performance of their obligations. By clearly identifying these references, the clause ensures all parties are aligned on the applicable requirements and reduces the risk of misunderstandings regarding the standards or resources to be used.
