The Hospital will pay for program cost, 10 material expense, and testing fee for initial certification that qualifies for the 11 advanced certification incentive. An approved list of advanced certifications shall 12 be established by mutual consent between the PNCC and the nurse executive or 13 designee and shall be updated on an annual basis at the end of each calendar 14 year. The Hospital will also pay recertification fees for that advanced certification. 16 To qualify for reimbursement, the nurse must successfully complete the 17 education, class, program or testing with at least a grade of C for undergraduate 18 courses, a grade of B for graduate courses, and a passing score for certification or 19 recertification.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes.
