Admission to Membership. The admission of new Members shall be only by the vote of the Managers pursuant to Section 8.9 hereof. If new Members are admitted, this Agreement shall be amended to reflect each Member's revised Membership Interest.
Admission to Membership. Without unanimous written consent of the Members, no additional Members of the Company shall be admitted.
Admission to Membership. Any Transfer of a Unit shall not entitle the transferee to become or to exercise any rights or powers of a Member unless and until the transferee is admitted in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Articles, and the Act including without limitation the provisions of Section 1332(A) of the Act.
Admission to Membership. From the date of the formation of the Company, any Person or Entity acceptable to the Members by their unanimous vote may become a Member in this Company either by the issuance by the Company of Membership Interests for such consideration as the Members by their unanimous votes shall determine, or as a transferee of a Member's Membership Interest or any portion thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of this Operating Agreement.
Admission to Membership. Any Person that is not already a party to this Agreement who acquires any Company Securities shall, on or before the Transfer or issuance to it of Company Securities (and as a condition thereto), sign and deliver to the Company a Joinder Agreement substantially in the form and on the terms of Exhibit B hereto (a “Joinder Agreement”), and shall thereby become a party to this Agreement.
Admission to Membership. 896 Applicants qualified under Section 9.2, above, shall be admitted to membership upon affirmation 897 of the Bylaws, the execution of a Membership Agreement and any relevant Attachments, 898 payment of the applicable annual dues as set forth in the Schedule of Fees and Dues, and approval 899 of the Board of Directors.
Admission to Membership. 27.1 After this Treaty has entered into force in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 thereof, any State or Territory specified in Article 3.3 of this Treaty may apply to the OECS Authority to become a Full Member or Associate Member of the Organisation and may, if the OECS Authority so decides, be admitted as such.
Admission to Membership. (i) CAIS shall at all times be administered by Experian.
Admission to Membership. 3.1 In exchange for the consideration set forth in clause 4.1(a), and subject to the Rules, the Exchange admits the Member as a Clearing Member of the Exchange with effect from the Admission Date (as defined below).

Admission of a third party as a member of the Company shall be either by the issuance by the Company of a Membership Interest for such Initial Capital Contribution as the Members shall determine, or as a transferee of a Member's Membership Interest or any portion thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
