ADMINISTRATION COSTS FOR COMPANY PENSION SCHEMES. The parties agree that it is central that the administration costs in relation to company pension schemes are responsible, and that the costs should be kept at an adequate low level. The costs should thus always correspond to the services which the individual employee/pensioner are granted. FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE Agreement on the implementation of the framework agreement on harassment and violence at work HK/Privat, XX XXXXXX and Dansk Erhverv Arbejdsgiver have entered into the following agreement to implement the European framework agreement between BusinessEurope, UEAPME, CEEP and ETUC on harassment and violence at work of 26 April 2007. The parties agree that it is a shared responsibility to work to prevent harassment and violence at work, and to follow up any instances where employees, managers or employers are subjected to bullying, harassment and violence. The aim of the agreement is to increase awareness and knowledge of bullying, workplace harassment and violence and to provide an action- oriented framework to identify, prevent and manage problems of bullying, harassment and violence at work. It is agreed that the parties have already drawn up material on dealing with harassment through cooperation in BAR Privat Kontor. During the period of the collective agreement, the parties will discuss the framework within which problems of bullying, harassment and violence can best be resolved. The parties will investigate whether further tools need to be developed for workplaces to use to prevent and manage harassment and violence. These tools may be developed under the auspices of BAR Privat Kontor. The parties also intend to discuss how knowledge of bullying, harassment and violence can be disseminated to employers, managers and employees, respectively.
