Adequate Provider Supply. The State must provide the process that will be used to assure adequate provider supply for the State plan and Demonstration populations affected by the Demonstration on December 31, 2013. The analysis should address delivery system infrastructure/capacity, provider capacity, utilization patterns and requirements (i.e., prior authorization), current levels of system integration, and other information necessary to determine the current state of the of service delivery. The report must separately address each of the following provider types:
