Additional Non-recurring Charges. In addition to the non-recurring installation charges set forth in Tables C.1 & C.2 above, Telmex may incur additional non-recurring charges as set forth in Table C.3 below. Any credits to which Customer may be entitled, late payment penalties, taxes or other government surcharges, any one-time non-recurring fees and charges or any charges related to Local Access Services are not considered when determining the monthly revenue for purposes of the Frame Relay discount. The discount structure is based on the monthly revenue achieved by Customer and the stated length of the Service Order. The discount Customer will receive on any Service Order will be determined by the level of revenue achieved by Customer at the time the Service Order is placed and will include the anticipated revenue for the Service Order being placed. The discount is determined at the time the Service Order is placed and Customer shall receive the determined discount for the remainder of the term of the Service Order. Customer will receive the stated discount off of Seller's standard rates as such rates may exist from time to time.
