Order Cancellation Charge. If Customer desires to cancel a Service Order prior to installation or acceptance of the Service, Customer will incur a Cancellation Charge. If Customer cancels the Service Order prior to facilities being slotted, Customer will be assessed a Pre-Engineering Cancellation Charge. If Customer cancels the Service Order after facilities have been slotted, Customer will be assessed a Post-Engineering Cancellation Charge.
