DISCOUNT STRUCTURE. A. Contractor will provide a 1% discount when annual sales volume exceeds $100,000, 2% when annual sales volume exceeds $200,000 and 3% when annual sales volume exceeds $500,000.
DISCOUNT STRUCTURE. Effective as of March 1, 2013, Hostway agrees to apply the following rates of discount to the monthly fee for each server provisioned to Wix’s account: Server Online Date Discount 0 Years [*** ] 1 Year [*** ] 2 Years [*** ] 3 Years [*** ] The discount structure described above applies to current, active servers as well as any new servers that may be provisioned following the effective date of this Addendum. For the purposes of this discount structure, the “Server Online Date” shall mean the age of a server calculated from the date on which that particular server was provisioned to Wix, and it does not reflect the physical age of the server. Hostway shall review Wix’s account on a biannual basis on January 1 and July 1 (each a “Review Date”) to determine the ages of the servers provisioned to Wix. If a server has passed its anniversary date by the Review Date, then Hostway shall adjust that server’s monthly fee to reflect the relevant discount described above. The discounts determined hereunder shall be applied from the following month’s invoice.

  • Payment Structure You must pay the fees listed on the relevant Services Order. Subscription payments will be structured differently based on the term you select from the three options below and the payment structure will be set forth in the Services Order. The fees identified in the Services Order are exclusive of shipping fees, and you will pay the shipping fees (if applicable) identified in the invoice.

Once Verizon confirms that the DDR on the Core Network for a specific Customer E-Line EVC connection does not comply with this Service Level Standard, Verizon will have thirty (30) calendar days from the opening of the Trouble Ticket to address the Service Issue and close the applicable Trouble Ticket before Customer may be eligible for SLA credits. If, after thirty (30) calendar days of opening the Trouble Ticket, the DDR Service Level Standard issue is not corrected, but has been agreed to as a Service Issue, Customer may qualify for credits.

  • DISCOUNT CHANGE CLAUSE The contractor may offer larger discount percentages for products, accessories, replacement parts and attachments at any time during the contract term.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document.
