Frame Relay Services. 1. Rates & Charges: Xxxxxxxx Network Frame Relay Service has four principal rate elements: Local Access, Port Connections, Permanent Virtual Circuits (PVCs), and Trunking charges. Port Connections and PVCs can be categorized as being either a User-to-Network Interface (UNI) type or Network-to-Network Interface (NNI) type. An NNI port is defined as one end of a connection between Seller's frame relay network and another carrier's network. The connecting carrier could be either a customer or off-net service provider. Similarly, an NNI PVC is defined as one which has each end of the PVC residing in two different carrier's frame relay networks, rather than the originating and terminating points being in the same carrier's network.

Frame Relay Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring PVC rates ranging from $15 to $1,168 for Frame Relay Service U.S. to Canada Cross Border, with speeds ranging from 16 Kbps to 1984 Kbps.

Customer represents that traffic transmitted between the locations on the network is interstate (10% or more is interstate in nature). Option 329825 Initial Term: 12 months Upon expiration of the Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”). The terms of the Agreement will continue to apply during any service-specific commitments that extend beyond the Term. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $0.00 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term.
Frame Relay Services. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following new Section 25: "25. Commencing on the First Amendment Effective Date and through expiration of the initial term, during each monthly billing period of the initial tern, Customer shall purchase no less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) of monthly recurring port and PVC charges associated with MCI HyperStream Frame Relay Service, as more fully described in the Tariff, ("HyperStream Subminimum"), in accordance with the terms and conditions, including, but not limited to any underutilization and early termination charges, set forth in Attachment 2. For purposes of calculating the Annual Minimum, monthly recurring port and PVC charges associated with basic HyperStream Frame Relay Service shall be included in such calculation, however, any charges for Customer Premise Equipment associated with HyperStream Frame Services shall not contribute to the Annual Minimum or HyperStream Subminimum identified herein. In addition, monthly recurring charges associated with HyperStream Frame Relay Service shall in no way contribute to the Revenue Achievement Credits identified in Section 4 of Attachment 1."
Frame Relay Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly port recurring charges ranging from $163 to $2,529 for 56/64 kbps, 128 kbps, 256 kbps, 1,536 Mbps and 6.144 Mbps Frame Relay port services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly PVC recurring charges ranging from $12 to $219 for 16 kbps, 32 kbps and 384 kbps Frame Relay PVC services.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
