Additional Insured, Endorsement, and Certificate of Insurance. All required insurance coverage, other than the workers’ compensation and professional liability, shall name the County, it’s elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, and agents, as additional insureds and be properly endorsed for the full available limits of coverage maintained by Contractor and its subcontractors. Endorsement is not required if the Contractor is a self- insured government entity, or insured through a government risk pool authorized by Washington State. The Certificate of Insurance and endorsement shall identify the Contract number and shall require not less than thirty (30) days’ prior notice of termination, cancellation, nonrenewal or reduction in coverage. At the time of execution, the Contractor shall provide the Certificate of Insurance, endorsement, and all insurance notices to: Risk Management Division, Kitsap County Department of Administrative Services, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX- 0, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.

  • Additional Insured City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds using the applicable ISO additional insured endorsement(s) or substitute forms providing equivalent coverage, in respects to damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.
