ADA/Section 504 Coordinator. DCF shall ensure that DCF’s Civil Rights Officers serve as ADA/Section 504 Coordinators to implement the terms of this Agreement within each DCF Administrative Office, DCF Region, and throughout the state by overseeing DCF’s network of Single-Point-of-Contacts for delivering services to deaf or hard-of-hearing Customers or Companions seeking services from each DCF Direct Service Facility. [These Single-Point-of-Contacts typically are DCF’s approximate one-hundred and ten (110) Operations Program Administrators (“OPA”) or their designees.] Within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, DCF shall submit to OCR for approval the name and contact information for each ADA/Section 504 Coordinator. These ADA/Section 504 Coordinators shall ensure the provision of auxiliary aids and services for deaf or heard-of-hearing Customers or Companions by accomplishing the following actions without limitation:
ADA/Section 504 Coordinator. DVR will distribute a notice to current clients, DVR staff, and members of the public regarding the identity, contact information, and extent of authority of the agency’s ADA / Section 504 Coordinator who handles non-employment matters. After DVR transitions to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE),1 DVR will distribute an updated notice as necessary. Reporting Provision (3)(a). By February 12, 2016, DVR will describe to OCR with specificity how, where, and to whom the clarification has been distributed, posted, and publicized. DVR will make a similar report to OCR within thirty (30) days after its transition to CDLE.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Member and Local Union Responsibilities The Local Union and the Xxxxxxx will work with members to correct and solve problems related to job performance. • Job Stewards shall be provided with xxxxxxx training and receive specialized training with regard to the UA Standard for Excellence. • Regular meetings will be held where the job xxxxxxx along with UA Supervision will communicate with the management team regarding job progress, work schedules, and other issues affecting work processes. • The Job Xxxxxxx shall communicate with the members’ issues affecting work progress. • The Business Manager or his designee will conduct regularly scheduled meetings to discuss and resolve issues affecting compliance of the UA Standard for Excellence policy. • The Xxxxxxx and management will attempt to correct such problems with individual members in the workplace. • Individual members not complying with membership responsibility shall be brought before the Local Union Executive Board who will address such members’ failure to meet their obligation to the local and the UA, up to and including filing charges. The Local Union’s role is to use all available means to correct the compliance problem including but not limited to mandatory retraining for members after offences.

  • CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge The CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge for each Unit shall be the product of $0.31 and the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification.
