Account Administration and Client Dashboard. The Client will be provided with access to a web based dashboard (the “Dashboard”). Oppizi’s primary contact with the Client shall be by way of the Client’s administrator designated through the Dashboard (the “Administrator”). Oppizi will provide the Administrator all required Dashboard logins.

Account Administration and Client Dashboard. The Client shall be provided with access to Oppizi's browser-based online dashboard for Clients (the ‘Dashboard’). Oppizi's primary contact with the Client shall be by way of the Client's administrator designated through the Dashboard (the ‘Administrator’). Oppizi will inform the Administrator of Dashboard login credentials. The Dashboard will enable the Client to (a) view statements setting out Missions requested on behalf of the Client, (b) manage and update the Client Card on file, (c) review and manage payment statements, (d) settle outstanding balances on the Client account, (e) view current, appoint new, and remove Administrators, and (f) view detailed Mission information, which may include, without limitation, Distribution Provider name together with time and date of Mission, Mission location, Mission status, volume of physical marketing material to be distributed or that has been distributed and amount of Distribution Fees for that Mission (‘Dashboard Data’). The Client agrees (a) to maintain all Dashboard login credentials in confidence, (b) to only permit the Client’s authorized administrators to access the Dashboard, and (c) that the Client shall be responsible for all activity that occurs under its Dashboard login credentials. Oppizi reserves the right to add, remove and update features and functionality of the Dashboard at any time.

The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.
