Accommodation Bookings. Should you book accommodation via ASN a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Please check your accommodation carefully, especially your arrival and departure dates. Should an error have been made, please contact XXX via email or phone 00 0 0000 0000 as soon as possible to advise amendments. Accommodation Deposit Payment Terms Accommodation deposits are due on completion of your booking. If accommodation deposits are not paid 45 days prior to your arrival date your accommodation booking will be deemed cancelled unless you have been granted an extension in writing by ASN. Accommodation Cancellation Policy Accommodation Providers have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact ASN as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. ASN will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non­refundable deposits. Credit Card Payments ASN prefers payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express at time of registration. Surcharges will be applied prior to finalising your payment and are non­refundable. Credit card payments entered via your dashboard will be processed direct by ASN’s payment gateway. Your credit card details will not be stored by XXX.

  • Travel and Accommodation 10.1 The Player will be responsible for their own airfare, travel and accommodation in consideration to the Event.

  • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.
