Your Accommodation. 1.1. Commitment to provide accommodation: Provided you pay the residence fees set out below (“Fees”) and comply with the terms of this Agreement, the University will provide you accommodation in one of the University’s residences, including but not limited to DeCew, Vallee, Earp, Lowenberger, Residence 8, Village, and Quarry View (“Residences”), subject to the University’s reserved rights set out in section 1.3 below.

Your Accommodation. 1.1 The pictures shown in promotional materials and the accommodation you may have visited during University open days or visits are generally representative of the type of University accommodation on offer but there may be variations to these. Your Accommodation. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16.00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11.00 hours on the Departure Date. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you do not advise us of your anticipated late arrival we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

If have not arranged a late check out with the Manager and are late leaving, a late fee may be charged and taken out of your Security Deposit according to the timing of your departure. This fee charged is at the discretion of the Manager and is done to ensure the property is ready and available for the next arriving guest. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us via our Guest App, to ensure that alternative arrangements can be made directly. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. You also agree to provide a copy of your credit card and passport or driver’s license details Via our Guest App during the online pre-check-in process.

Your Accommodation. Any accommodation we arrange for you must only be used by those people named on your Confirmation Invoice (or on latest Amendment Invoice issued). You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay there. You are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to your accommodation or its contents during your stay. These charges must be met by you and may have to be paid locally before you leave resort.

You also agree to provide a copy of your credit card and passport or drivers license details where requested to the Manager prior to arrival. You acknowledge that you have been informed that there are security cameras and noise detection devices on the property. These are there for the security of the property and guests, and monitor the entrances of the property. They do not take footage of inside the house. Footage can be reviewed by the owners and police in the case of an incident.
