Accommodation Providers definition

Accommodation Providers means people and businesses who wish to offer accommodation to the Sizewell C Construction Workforce and to register with the Accommodation Management System;
Accommodation Providers means hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts and any other type of accommodation service provider that enters into a service contract with Booking.com.
Accommodation Providers means the owner(s)/provider(s) of the hotels, apartments, villas and other accommodation featured on this website or otherwise available through somewhere2stay.

Examples of Accommodation Providers in a sentence

  • In the case of acceptance of the delivered Accommodation Provider's reservation, the Client is obliged to pay the total price in the manner and under the payment terms specified in the Reservation.

  • The termination of this Agreement pursuant to this clause does not preclude the SATC from enforcing any rights it may have against the Accommodation Provider as a result of the Accommodation Provider's actions including, in particular, the right to claim damages for breach of this Agreement or at law, or a claw back of amounts already paid by the SATC to the Accommodation Provider.

  • Nothing in this clause derogates from: (a) the Accommodation Provider's obligations under any provisions of this Agreement; or (b) the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1991 (SA).

  • The Accommodation Provider grants to the SATC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty free licence for the Term to use the Corporate Identification for the purpose of promoting the Accommodation Provider's participation, goods and services in the Campaign on the conditions set out in this clause 5 and the SATC accepts this licence.

  • We shall not be liable in the event of gross negligence of the Accommodation Providers as our suppliers unless there is a breach of a material contractual duty under these Accommodation Sales Regulations and the Confirmation of Purchase and/or the Revised Confirmation of Purchase.

  • In addition, Seller shall abide by any instructions given in the Specification.

  • The SATC may in its sole discretion: (a) use the Corporate Identification or other Intellectual Property Rights specified in clause 6; and (b) conduct advertising or promotion in relation to the Accommodation Provider's participation in the Campaign.

  • Accommodations means the room or other space provided to transient guests for dwelling, lodging, or sleeping, including furnishings and other accessories, in a facility that is not a campground, hospital, nursing home, emergency shelter, or community mental health or community substance abuse treatment facility. Accommodations do not include food or beverages.
