Access to Sensitive Unclassified. Information The Contractor personnel whose work involves access to sensitive unclassified information shall undergo a Tier 3 Investigation to verify their trustworthiness. If the Contractor personnel currently have a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 Investigation the Contractor shall notify the Government Command Security Manager who will validate this in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). The Contractor shall request from the Government for access to the E-QIP Direct program for the Contractor employees to complete the SF-86 form on line for a Tier 3 Investigation. The Security Manager will determine suitability. Upon a favorable Tier 3 Investigation, the Contractor personnel shall submit the original signed release statements, applicant fingerprint card (FD87), and an OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment to the Security Manager per Section F. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the fingerprint card. The request shall be renewed annually or for the duration of the contract if less than one year.

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:
