26F Staking Service. The Engineer will set only one (1) set of construction stakes at the County’s expense. Any restaking necessary will be at your sole expense and subject to inspection and approval by the Engineer prior to continuing finish grading. You are fully responsible for conformance and agreement of the work with lines and elevations as shown on the contract plans. Stakes or marks will be provided by the County to establish the lines and grades required for the completion of the work specified in the standard specifications, on the plans, and in these special provisions.

  • Provision of Interconnection Service Transmission Provider and Interconnected Transmission Owner agree to provide for the interconnection to the Transmission System in the PJM Region of Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility identified in the Specifications in accordance with Part IV and Part VI of the Tariff, the Operating Agreement of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“Operating Agreement”), and this ISA, as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Jury Service 44.1 Subject to this clause, Employees are entitled to leave and payment for jury service in accordance with the NES.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • On-Site Service Under On-Site Service, a Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at your location. You must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service center. If so, the Service Provider will send the product to the service center at its expense.

  • Long Service The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Long Service Recognition Effective the first pay period after April 1, 2021, a 25th year step on each wage schedule is created which will be 0.25% higher than the respective 6th year step.   • Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.
