Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, memoranda, arrangements and understandings, both written and oral, between the Parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended only by an agreement in writing executed by each of the Parties.
Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements between Employee and Bank and contains the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and cannot be amended, modified, or supplemented in any respect except by a subsequent written agreement executed by both parties.
Entire Understanding; Amendment. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the employment of the Executive by CALYPSO and supersedes any and all previous agreements among the parties. It may not be changed orally but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party or parties against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension or discharge is sought.
Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement, including the attached Exhibits which are incorporated by reference, sets forth the e ntire understanding of the parties relating to its subject matter. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, this Agreement may not be amended; except in writing executed by both parties.
Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement, including all Exhibits and Schedules hereto, and the other agreements and instruments referenced herein and delivered in connection herewith, represent the entire understanding of the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings and agreements, written or oral, among the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, all of which prior agreements are hereby rendered null and void. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Parties and the DRWW regarding cost-sharing obligations with respect to the Intended Work, Watershed-Related Services, and all other agreements, understandings, representations, and statements, if any, whether oral or written, are merged herein. The Parties agree that this Agreement, including the attached bylaws, may be amended only by a super majority of the DRWW Executive Board, and any such amendment will be deemed accepted by the signatories to this Agreement unless they submit a notice of termination, as set forth below, within 30 days of the amendment's effective date. (Unless otherwise specified, an amendment's effective date will ordinarily occur on the date the Executive Board approves the amendment).
Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement and the Exhibit hereto constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede (i) any and all prior and preliminary discussions, (ii) any and all prior written or oral and any and all contemporaneous written or oral agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties; including but not limited to prior written or oral employment agreements and severance agreements, and (iii) all prior written Employment Agreements between Image and Executive. There are no warranties, representations or other agreements between the parties in connection with the subject matter hereof except as set forth or referred to herein. This Agreement shall not be modified, amended or altered except by an instrument in writing executed by the parties hereto.

This Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, memoranda, arrangements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended only by an agreement in writing executed by the Company and the Xxxxxxx Parties.

The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the employment of the Executive by TASKER and supersedes any and axx xxxvious agreements among the parties. It may not be changed orally but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party or parties against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension or discharge is sought. ****
Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement and the Purchase Orders constitute the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to its subject matter, and none of their terms or provisions may be waived, altered, modified or amended except in a written agreement signed by all Parties. This Agreement is intended to supplement, not supplant, the Purchase Orders. However, in the event and to the extent of a conflict between the Purchase Orders and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
