Assistant Officers. Any assistant officer shall have such powers and duties of the officer such assistant officer assists as such officer or the Board of Directors shall from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Officers. Assistant officers, which may include one or more Assistant Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers, shall perform such functions and have such responsibilities as the Board of Trustees may assign to them or, to the extent not so assigned, by the President, Vice President(s), Secretary or Treasurer, as applicable.
Assistant Officers. The Secretary may appoint Assistant Secretaries and the Treasurer may appoint Assistant Treasurers. Each Assistant Officer can act in the place of the person holding the office to which his or her position relates and perform all of the duties of such Officer. In addition, Assistant Officers shall have such powers as are from time to time assigned to them by the person holding the office to which the Assistant Officer position relates.
Assistant Officers. Each assistant officer can act in the place of the person holding the office to which his position relates and perform all of the duties of such officer, consistent with Applicable Law. In addition, he shall have such powers as are from time to time assigned to him by the person holding the office to which his position relates, the CEO, the Chairman of the Board or the Board of Directors.
Assistant Officers. Any assistant officer appointed by the Partnership Governance Committee shall have power to perform, and shall perform, all duties incumbent upon the officer he or she is assisting, subject to the general direction of such officer, and shall perform such other duties as this Agreement may require or the Partnership Governance Committee (consistent with Section 3.8.(O)) may prescribe.
Assistant Officers. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any Vice President, any Assistant Secretary, and any Assistant Treasurer, if any, shall, in the order of their respective seniorities, in the absence or disability of the President, Secretary or Treasurer, respectively, perform the duties of such officer.
Assistant Officers. An assistant officer shall, in the absence of the officer to whom such person is an assistant or in the event of such officer’s inability or refusal to act (or, if there be more than one such assistant officer, the assistant officers in the order designated by the Board or the President or, in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their appointment), perform the duties and exercise the powers of such officer. An assistant officer shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board or the President may from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Officers. The Board may by resolution appoint such assistants to act in the place of the Secretary or other officers of the Authority (other than any Director), and may by resolution provide for the appointment of additional officers of the Authority who may or may not be Directors, as the Board shall from time to time deem appropriate.
Assistant Officers. The Commission may appoint such assistants to act in the place of the Secretary or other officers of the Authority (other than any Commissioner) as the Commission shall from time to time deem appropriate.
Assistant Officers. Assistant and subordinate officers shall perform such duties as the Manager(s) or the president may prescribe.
