Assistant Officers. Each assistant officer can act in the place of the person holding the office to which his position relates and perform all of the duties of such officer, consistent with Applicable Law. In addition, he shall have such powers as are from time to time assigned to him by the person holding the office to which his position relates, the CEO, the Chairman of the Board or the Board of Directors.
