SUBMITTALS 3.13.1 The Contractor shall submit to the Owner for review and approval all shop drawings, samples, product data, and similar submittals required by the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to the Owner for the accuracy and conformity of its submittals to the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver its submittals to the Owner in a manner consistent with the Project Schedule and in such time and sequence so as not to delay the performance of the Work or the work of the Owner and Others. The review and approval of any Contractor submittal shall not be deemed to authorize deviations, substitutions or changes in the requirements of the Contact Documents unless express written approval is obtained from the Owner specifically authorizing such deviation, substitution or change. In the event that the Contract Documents do not contain submittal requirements pertaining to the Work, the Contractor agrees upon request to submit in a timely fashion to the Owner for review and approval by the Owner any shop drawings, samples, product data, manufacturers’ literature or similar submittals as may reasonably be required by the Owner.
Specifications Shipper will ensure that all of its Products tendered at the Origin Point for transportation on the Pipeline System meet the applicable specifications for the Product as set forth in the Tariff (as defined below) (the “Specifications”).

Engineering Network engineering handles the technical aspects of the project, resolution of problems escalated by the NOC, planning for future network expansion, and improving performance and process. Engineering interacts directly with AOL and the NOC.
Reverse Engineering The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the object code version of the Computer Program without the prior written approval of the Licensor.
Change Orders Tenant shall have the right, in accordance herewith, to submit for Landlord's approval change proposals subsequent to the completion of the Approved Tenant Improvement Construction Documents (each, a "Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal"). Landlord agrees to respond to any such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal within such time as is reasonably necessary, but no more than five (5) business days, after the submission thereof by Tenant (unless Landlord has previously advised Tenant that a longer time period is reasonably necessary due to the nature and scope of the Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal, together with Landlord's good faith estimate as to the amount of additional time that will be necessary, or the fact that the information provided by Tenant in the Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal is insufficient for the purposes of enabling Landlord to make the determination set forth herein), advising Tenant of any items which Landlord in good faith reasonably believes are inconsistent with the design, cost and construction schedule for the Base Building Work, as well as specifying (subject to the terms of Section 5.2 below) whether any alterations, additions or improvements shown in the Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal must be removed by Tenant upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Term ("Landlord's Tenant Improvement Work Change Order Response") (it being understood and agreed that Landlord's failure to respond within said five (5) business day period shall be deemed to constitute Landlord's approval of the Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal and determination that none of the items shown thereon are to be removed by Tenant at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term). Tenant shall have the right to then proceed with or withdraw such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal within five (5) business days after receipt of Landlord's Tenant Improvement Work Change Order Response. If Tenant fails to respond to Landlord's Tenant Improvement Work Change Order Response within such five (5) business day period, such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal shall be deemed withdrawn. If Tenant proceeds with such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal, then such Tenant Improvement Work Change Proposal shall be deemed to be a part of the Approved Tenant Improvement Construction Documents for the purposes of this Article III.
Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).
No Reverse Engineering Licensee may utilize and study the design, performance and operation of Xbox solely for the purposes of developing the Software Title. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or aid or assist in the reverse engineering of all or any part of Xbox except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Reverse engineering includes, without limitation, decompiling, disassembly, sniffing, peeling semiconductor components, or otherwise deriving source code. In addition to any other rights and remedies that Microsoft may have under the circumstances, Licensee shall be required in all cases to pay royalties to Microsoft in accordance with Section 6 below with respect to any games or other products that are developed, marketed or distributed by Licensee, and derived in whole or in part from the reverse engineering of Xbox or any Microsoft data, code or other material.
Product Development SB shall have responsibility for, and control of, the development and commercialization of each Product arising from this Agreement, including process development, delivery system and formulation development, preclinical studies, clinical studies, sales and marketing.
