Letter of Credit Fee. Borrowers shall pay Agent (for the ratable benefit of the Revolving Lenders), a Letter of Credit fee (the “Letter of Credit Fee”) (which fee shall be in addition to the fronting fees and commissions, other fees, charges and expenses set forth in Section 2.11(k)) that shall accrue at a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate Margin times the undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.

Letter of Credit Fee. Borrower shall pay Agent (for the ratable benefit of the Lenders with a Revolver Commitment, subject to any letter agreement between Agent and individual Lenders), a Letter of Credit fee (in addition to the charges, commissions, fees, and costs set forth in Section 2.12(e)) which shall accrue at a rate equal to 1.50% per annum times the Daily Balance of the undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Letter of Credit Fee. Bank’s customary fees and expenses for the issuance or renewal of Letters of Credit, upon the issuance of such Letter of Credit, each anniversary of the issuance during the term of such Letter of Credit, and upon the renewal of such Letter of Credit by Bank;
Letter of Credit Fee. Subject to Sections 2.15, the Borrower Party that is the applicant for a Letter of Credit shall pay to Administrative Agent for the account of each Committed Lender in accordance with its Repayment Percentage, a fee (the “Letter of Credit Fee”) for each such Letter of Credit equal to the Applicable Margin for Letters of Credit per annum times the daily amount available to be drawn under each such Letter of Credit; provided, however that any Letter of Credit Fees otherwise payable for the account of a Defaulting Lender with respect to any Letter of Credit as to which such Defaulting Lender has not provided Cash Collateral or other credit support arrangements satisfactory to the Letter of Credit Issuer pursuant to Section 2.08 shall be payable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to the other Committed Lenders in accordance with their respective Repayment Percentages (without giving effect to the Letter of Credit Liability held by each Defaulting Lender), with the balance of such fee, if any, payable to the Letter of Credit Issuer for its own account. Such fee shall be: (i) due and payable in quarterly installments in arrears on the first Business Day of each calendar quarter for the preceding calendar quarter, commencing on the first such date to occur after the issuance of any Letter of Credit, on the Maturity Date, and thereafter (if applicable) on demand; and (ii) computed quarterly in arrears. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.05. If there is any change in the Applicable Margin for Letters of Credit during any quarter, the daily amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Margin for Letters of Credit separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Margin for Letters of Credit was in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon the request of the Required Lenders, while any Event of Default exists, such fee shall accrue at a rate equal to the Applicable Margin for Letters of Credit plus two percent (2%).

Letter of Credit Fee. Borrower shall pay Foothill a fee (in addition to the charges, commissions, fees, and costs set forth in Section 2.2(d)) equal to 1.25% per annum times the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Letter of Credit Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Revolving Lender that is not a Defaulting Lender a fee (the “Letter of Credit Fee”) on such Lender’s Revolving Commitment Percentage of the average daily maximum amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit (whether or not such maximum amount is then in effect under such Letter of Credit) computed at a per annum rate for each day from the date of issuance to the date of expiration equal to the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Loans in effect from time to time; provided, however, that any Letter of Credit Fees otherwise payable for the account of a Defaulting Lender with respect to any Letter of Credit as to which such Defaulting Lender has not provided Cash Collateral pursuant to Section 2.05 shall instead be payable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, to the other Lenders in accordance with the upward adjustments in their respective Applicable Percentages allocable to such Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 2.17(a)(iv), with the balance of such fee, if any, payable to the L/C Issuers for their own respective accounts. The Letter of Credit Fee will be computed on a quarterly basis in arrears and shall be due and payable on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first of such dates to occur after the date of issuance of such Letter of Credit, and on the Letter of Credit Expiration Date and thereafter on demand.
